Commonly Asked Questions

How do I get to Brockenhurst Village Hall?

You can drive, take the train or get the bus to the Village Hall.

To drive: The sat nav postcode is SO42 7RY.  There is parking adjacent to the village hall.  Please car share together where possible. Our volunteer parking attendants do their level best to manage the car park and give priority to disabled visitors but there is limited space so your patience and understanding will be appreciated if you find the car park full.  There is a large car park at the Railway Station - just a short walk away - and a further public car park in the village centre.

Walking Directions from Railway Station: Leave the station via the main entrance and cross the car park to the pedestrian ramp. Go through the gate at the top of the ramp and turn left onto Avenue Road/East Bank Road, ensuring that you close the gate behind you so the ponies don't get in!

Continue to the end of East Bank Road where there is a narrow footpath leading to Highwood Road. At the end of the footpath, turn right and the entrance to the Village Hall will be on your left.

By Bus: Brockenhurst is served by Blue Star Bus No. 6 on the Southampton to Lymington route.  The nearest stop is next to/opposite Brockenhurst Primary School on Sway Road between the Partridge Road and Highwood Road turnings.

Is there disabled access?

Brockenhurst Village Hall has disabled parking bays and disabled access to the front of the building. If you have booked a wheelchair accessible seat, please ensure you tick the box on the order form when booking your tickets and we will make sure the space is ready for you upon arrival.

Once you have completed and paid for your booking, they will be emailed to you, so please ensure your email address is correct and you check your SPAM folder in case they have been automatically redirected there by your email host provider.
